Privacy policy
Last updated 18 October 2026. This policy covers Labari Quote Engine at quote.labari.ae, operated by Labari for Digital Marketing (Labari Marketing Agency), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions: ariana@labari.global.
Who uses it
Labari Quote Engine is an internal tool used only by Labari staff. There is no public sign-up. Access needs a password held by the agency.
What information it handles
- Sign-in. A session cookie that keeps a member of staff signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
- Work information entered by staff. Client names, contact and billing details, call notes, quotes and the documents built from them.
- Google user data, only when a member of staff connects Google Drive:
- the email address of the connected Google account, to show which account is connected;
- access to the files the app itself creates in that Drive (Google's
drive.filepermission), used to save generated documents as Google Docs in a "Labari documents" folder; - the access and refresh tokens Google issues for that permission, kept in the app's private database and used only to save those documents.
How it is used
Google user data is used only to provide the feature the person connected it for: saving the documents this app generates into their own Google Drive, and showing which account is connected. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to build profiles, and not used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Labari Quote Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who else processes it
Information is not sold or shared with anyone for their own purposes. The app runs on service providers that process data on Labari's behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts the app;
- Neon, which provides the database;
- Anthropic, whose Claude models read the notes staff upload and draft proposal text. Google user data is never sent to Anthropic;
- Google, which stores the documents in the connected Drive.
Keeping and deleting it
- Disconnecting Google Drive in the app deletes the stored Google tokens immediately. Access can also be removed at any time from your Google account's permissions page.
- Documents already saved to Drive belong to the Drive's owner and stay there until they delete them.
- Quotes and client information are kept while Labari needs them for its work, and deleted on request. Write to ariana@labari.global.
Security
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. The app and its data are behind a password, and the database is reachable only by the app. Google tokens are never shown in the page or sent to the browser.
