Labari Quote Engine

The internal pricing and proposal tool of Labari Marketing Agency, a marketing agency in Dubai.

Labari's team uses it to turn a client conversation into a priced quote and the documents that go with it. It is not a public service: there is no sign-up, and only Labari staff can sign in.

What it does

• Reads call notes and briefs, and fills in what the client asked for.
• Prices the work from Labari's own rate card, month by month.
• Writes the proposal, the invoice, the brief for the delivery team and an internal cost sheet.
• Saves each of those documents as a Google Doc in the agency's own Google Drive, so it can be edited and sent.

How it uses your Google account

When a member of the team connects Google Drive, the app asks for two things only:

• Your email address, to show which Google account is connected.
• Access to the files this app creates (the drive.file permission). It creates a folder called "Labari documents" and saves the documents it generates there. It cannot see, open or change any other file in your Drive.
